Position Summary

The Project Manager IV leads large-scale design and construction projects from planning through completion. Youโ€™ll manage scope, budget, and schedule while serving as the on-site leader ensuring successful, compliant project delivery.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead complex construction and renovation projects end-to-end
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor performance
  • Oversee field operations and resolve project challenges
  • Review designs, submittals, and invoices for compliance
  • Ensure adherence to codes, safety, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and stakeholders
