As a recognized authority and leading contributor, this project management professional provides consistent innovative and high quality solution leadership.Employs independent judgment in guiding highly complex activities involved in the successful delivery of large-scale client implementations, ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customerโ€™s satisfaction.

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracleโ€™s solution meets the customerโ€™s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracleโ€™s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracleโ€™s risk and exposure. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on large complex engagements. Provides direction and mentoring to project team and as a project lead, assists project team with all aspects of their roles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment and effectively influences decisions at the management level of internal and customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports the Task Order Owner/Task Order Lead in managing the end-to-end contractual delivery of large, complex projects.
