What We're Looking For

  • Lead residential construction carpenters with supervisory experience looking to transition into a Project Manager/Site Supervisor role (lead carpenters are highly encouraged to apply!) -or-
  • 5+ years of high-end residential remodeling or construction project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust with homeowners and subcontractors.
  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software such as BuilderTrend (willing to train).
  • A professional who values commitment and stability and wants to put down roots with a reliable company.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional, clean, smoke-free job sites.


What you’ll do

  • Manage multiple high-end residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and maintain productive, professional job sites.
  • Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to keep work on track.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor quality throughout every phase of construction to ensure outstanding craftsmanship.
  • Manage project budgets, change orders, subcontractor invoices, and job costs.
  • Conduct weekly client production meetings and provide consistent project updates.
  • Manage punch lists throughout the project to ensure a smooth, high-quality completion.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
  • Open and close job sites on a daily basis.


Compensation & Benefits

  • $115,000 to $130,000 annual salary (DOE)
  • Annual bonuses (based on PM’s and company performance)
  • Monthly vehicle and cell phone stipend
