Our client is seeking a Federal Project Manager to join their growing team and oversee the successful execution of federal construction projects throughout the Northeast region. This role offers the opportunity to manage impactful projects while working alongside an experienced leadership team in a company that is actively expanding its geographic footprint. Client Details Our client is an established General Contractor specializing in construction projects for federal and government-related clients. Headquartered in Rahway, NJ, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the Tri-State area. The organization is experiencing significant growth and is looking to add project management talent that can help support an expanding portfolio of work. With a hands-on leadership team and a steady pipeline of federal projects, the company offers employees the opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of construction projects while advancing their careers in a stable and growing environment. Description Project Management: Manage federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Team Leadership: Coordinate and communicate with federal agencies, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Documentation: Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence. Safety Compliance: Ensure projects remain compliant with federal regulations, safety requirements, and contract specifications. Profile Previous experience managing or assisting with federal construction projects is required.
