Job description


Location: Hybrid Wilmington, DE (4 days/week on site required)


Duration: 1+ year contract


We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives with a focus on data science, machine learning, analytics, and emerging Generative AI solutions. This individual will partner with engineering, data science, product, and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver complex technical projects that drive innovation and business value. The ideal candidate has strong project delivery experience, understands technical concepts well enough to work closely with engineering and data teams, and has exposure to AI/ML or GenAI initiatives.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years of project management experience leading technical or software delivery projects

  • Experience managing projects involving software development, data platforms, analytics, cloud technologies, or enterprise applications

  • Strong understanding of technical project environments and ability to work effectively with engineering and technical teams

  • Experience managing project plans, timelines, budgets, resource coordination, and executive-level reporting

  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to identify risks early and proactively drive resolution
