Job Description

We have been retained by our client, a growing Federal Contractor in the New Haven, CT area, to find a Federal Project Manager. This position will be responsible for managing assigned federal construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Duties
  • Supervise all phases of project execution, including start-up, completion, and close-out processes.
  • Provide leadership in cost control, scheduling, planning, and supervision of project personnel.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and enforce contract compliance for all project aspects.
  • Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and resolution of on-site issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related.
  • 10+ years managing federal sector and healthcare construction projects.
  • Experience with hard-bid.
  • Experience with VA projects is preferred.
  • Experience managing $10 million projects is preferred.
