We are seeking a Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex federal facilities and infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from acquisition through construction while collaborating with government clients and multidisciplinary teams on mission-critical initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience managing complex projects, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience developing project management plans, leading multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring project performance.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Working knowledge of construction management principles, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage federal facilities projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout.
  • Coordinate with government clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Review project designs, construction documents, shop drawings, submittals, and contract change requests.
  • Conduct site visits, construction inspections, and monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Prepare project scopes, schedules, status reports, and project communications while tracking project progress and risks.
  • Support acquisition planning, contract administration, space management initiatives, and stakeholder coordination meetings.
