Description: Program Manager

Established residential provider in the south Minneapolis area and Edina is looking to fill an open Program Coordinator position to work with high functioning MI/CD population.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for training and supervising direct care staff members while ensuring quality of services by writing, supporting and evaluating service delivery for individuals receiving services. The Program Coordinator will support quality service delivery by implementing and analyzing each individual's Coordinated Service and Support Plan (CSSP), CSSP addendum, and other programmatic forms for the individual receiving services in accordance with federal and state regulations and the organization's policies and procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, Psychology or  at least two years of experience in related field
2. A valid Minnesota driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
3. The ability to use clear and understandable written and verbal English.
4. A minimum of 1 year in a leadership position in a group home setting.
5. The ability to demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
6. Proficiency in leading staff and guiding performance.
7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. The ability to speak Somali is preferred, but however not required
