Job Summary:
Significance, Inc. is a woman-owned consulting firm serving the federal government, known for building trusted relationships and hiring high-level experts. The Computer Engineer will facilitate Agile Scrum processes for In-Service-Engineering teams, ensuring tasks are executed on schedule and documenting business rules across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily scrum meetings
• Assist in creating and organizing backlogs to ensure planned tasks are executed and completed on schedule
• Coordinate the sprint backlog scrub, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective meetings
• Document Agile Scrum business rules to be implemented across multiple scrum teams
• Facilitate the incorporation of lessons learned to ensure teams can complete more tasking efficiently.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mathematics with a concentration in computer science
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in computer design, software development, or computer networks
• Experience with Agile Scrum
Preferred:
• Experience supporting Navy programs
• Familiarity with Navy combat systems and lifecycle support
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
