Job Responsibilities

  • Leads strategic finance and FP&A consulting engagements, supporting clients with financial planning, forecasting, valuation, and transaction-related analyses.
  • Develops and reviews complex, fully integrated financial models, including operating, cash flow, valuation, and transaction models, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyzes current and historical financial data to assess business performance, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Interprets financial, market, and industry data to develop insights and recommend strategies aligned to client objectives.
  • Supports mergers and acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and capital structure initiatives through deal analysis and financial modeling.
  • Prepares client-ready analyses, presentations, and materials for executive, board, and management audiences.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client engagement execution, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
  • Manages and coordinates engagement teams, providing direction, reviewing work products, and supporting the development of junior team members.
  • Applies deep technical knowledge and professional judgment to deliver high-quality client service and innovative financial solutions.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, plus 6-11 years of post-bachelor's experience involving financial analysis; OR
  • Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, plus at least five years of related experience involving financial analysis.
  • Advanced experience developing and explaining fully integrated three-statement financial models.
  • Strong foundational valuation skills, including application of income and market approaches.
  • Experience supporting strategic finance initiatives, transactions, or financial planning activities in a consulting, advisory, banking, or corporate environment.
  • 4+ years of experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic finance, FP&A, valuation, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development environments.
  • Advanced proficiency modeling equity, debt, and hybrid instruments related to transactions or strategic finance events.
  • Experience developing consolidated, business unit, and asset-level forecasts using both bottom-up and top-down approaches.
  • Strong experience preparing executive-level and board-ready presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations.
  • Experience building financial analytics models and tools, including exposure to advanced data analysis or visualization technologies.
  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $112,100 - $225,500

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
