• Supporting theAdvisor team in providing comprehensive personal financial planning,investment planning and tax services to high-net-worth families andcorporate executives
• Managing the newclient onboarding process
• Organizing andmaintaining client data
• Processingclient subscriptions of alternative investment documents
• Generating ideasand problem solving related to clients' complex and unique financial matters
• Preparing clientfinancial statements and investment performance reports
• Preparinginvestment allocation analyses to help monitor and manage variouspublicly traded fixed income and equity strategies as well asalternative investment strategies
• Preparing clientretirement, insurance and estate-planning analyses
• Preparingclients' quarterly tax projections and annual Federal and stateincome tax returns
• Regularlyinteracting with clients via telephone and face-to-face meetings
Requirements
• 2 - 4 years ofexperience working within an investment manager/wealth plannerpreferred but not required
• Experiencepreparing tax returns preferred
