The Financial Analyst will be involved in all facets of the deal from start to finish. This position will focus primarily on research and underwrite investment opportunities and will play an integral role in the due diligence team. This position is part of a collaborative environment with brokers, marketing, and project administrators.
In this role, you will...
  • Analyze/underwrite financials and provide reports on a timely basis
  • Produce underwriting for portfolio and individual retail assets, using Argus and/or excel.
  • Pull rent and sale comparables
  • Provide market analysis
  • Assist with the due diligence process and verify findings
  • Conduct tenant research and credit analysis
  • Perform basic lease abstraction and manage 3rd party lease abstractors
  • Maintain and produce quarterly and monthly reports
  • Monitor upcoming Tenant renewals throughout properties
  • Draft initial proposals for prospective Tenants

What you bring:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, or mathematics is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft applications experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • ARGUS Experience
  • Experience with CoStar, Loopnet a plus
  • Excellent financial analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and results-oriented attitude
  • Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis
  • Well organized and with excellent time management skills
