Established through the dedication of local tribal communities, FRTH was built on a promise: to provide compassionate, culturally grounded, patient-centered care for all. What began as a small community clinic has grown into a full-service healthcare network committed to wellness, prevention, and the belief that high-quality care should be accessible to everyone.
