The Role
As a MANAGER, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will partner directly with the owner to lead our team, maintain our high standards, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. If you love food, people, and a positive workplace, this is the role for you. 
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
  • Lead Daily Operations: Maintain total compliance with store operating standards and management procedures.
  • Support the Team: Assist the owner with hiring, onboarding, training, and monitoring employee performance.
  • Delight Customers: Warmly greet guests, build local rapport, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage Inventory: Keep shelves beautifully stocked and assist with inventory tracking and ordering.
  • Build Culture: Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. 
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Experience: Previous retail experience is required (food or grocery background is highly preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, natural leadership abilities, and great team-building skills.
  • Attributes: Professional, highly dependable, attentive to detail, and a true team player.
  • Requirements: High school diploma/GED, 18+ years of age, and availability for some Saturday shifts.
