Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance efforts related to Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules and ensuring all communications-related legal and regulatory obligations are met.
Interpret and apply FCC regulations to internal processes and business activities.
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies aligned with FCC standards. Conduct audits, investigations, and reviews to ensure adherence to applicable rules.
Collaborate with legal, risk, and operational teams to resolve regulatory issues and mitigate compliance risks.
Prepare regulatory filings, reports, and documentation required by the FCC.
Provide subject matter expertise and training on FCC compliance to relevant teams.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of FCC rules, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk management.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
