Job Opportunity At FCC Environmental Services, LLC

Position Summary: This role will ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This role will support the work of management and other staff.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering all inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Use of computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software systems to prepare reports, memos, and documents.
  • Act as a liaison for clients, while resolving problems that our customer accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Maintains proactive contact and provides support to ensure corporate and operational goals are met.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Experience in the waste industry is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus; read, write and converse.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite is required.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prompt, professional, and dependable demeanor

Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management is an asset
