What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Faulkner (medical billing and software specialist), and why are they important?

To thrive as a Faulkner (medical billing and software specialist), you need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of healthcare billing practices, often supported by relevant certifications such as Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS). Familiarity with medical billing software systems (such as Epic or Cerner), insurance claim processes, and regulatory compliance tools is typically required.
