Responsibilities
Salary:
Eligible for annual bonuses
Pay ranges based on experience
Position Overview:
' As a Quality Inspector, you'll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH on 1st Shift
Key Responsibilities:
' Responsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprint
' Inspect hardware using various inspection equipment including: calipers, micrometers, comparator, height stand, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc.
' Review work order for completion of operations and required documentations
' Review ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained information
' Review raw material certificates and ensure conformity to industry or internal standards
' Provide manufacturing technical support as GD&T subject matter expert
' Support the Quality Engineers to ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
' Interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services and products.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements:
' Minimum of 3 years related experienceand/or training
' Extensive experience in calibration andstandards
Preferred Qualifications:
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, ERP experience preferred
