What Youll Do

As an Automotive Technician at Bird Automotive, youll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate diagnostics including electrical, drivability, and noise concerns
  • Complete repairs efficiently and correctly the first time
  • Perform digital vehicle inspections and clearly document findings
  • Communicate with service advisors regarding repair recommendations
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

What Were Looking For

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic skills (A/B level technician preferred)
  • Experience with general repair and maintenance
  • Ability to use scan tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude

Bonus Points:

  • ASE certifications
  • Experience with Tekmetric, Shop-Ware, or similar shop management systems
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
