This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage timelines, product documentation, and daily execution to ensure successful product launches aligned with brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Execution

  • Support the Product Manager in executing the end-to-end product development process from concept through launch
  • Track product development timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
  • Maintain organized and accurate product documentation throughout the development lifecycle

Market, Consumer & Trend Research

  • Assist with trend research across fashion, accessories, materials, and color
  • Support competitive product analysis and benchmarking
  • Help gather consumer and market insights to inform product direction

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between Product, Design, Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Support cross-functional alignment by organizing information, updates, and action items
  • Communicate project status, risks, and next steps to key stakeholders

Daily Factory Communication & Execution

  • Manage daily communication with factories regarding product development status, samples, materials, and production-related issues
  • Coordinate ongoing updates with factories to ensure alignment on specifications, timelines, and changes
  • Track and follow up on factory deliverables, confirmations, and approvals to support smooth development and production execution

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain product documentation and ensure accuracy across systems
  • Track approvals for components, packaging, and artwork to support production readiness
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation as needed
