Fashion Graduate Program information

What is a fashion graduate program?

A Fashion Graduate Program is a structured entry-level training initiative offered by fashion companies for recent university graduates. These programs are designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development across various departments such as design, merchandising, marketing, and buying. Participants often rotate through different roles to gain a comprehensive understanding of the fashion industry. The goal is to prepare graduates for permanent positions within the company and help them build a strong foundation for their careers.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in a fashion graduate program?

These skills and qualities are crucial for navigating the fast-paced, collaborative nature of the fashion industry and for developing innovative solutions.

What types of projects or rotations can participants expect during a fashion graduate program?
