Fashion Designer Internship for a Fashion Design company in North Jersey (Fort Lee, NJ) FALL 2026 INTERNSHIP
We are a boutique fashion design firm located in North Jersey seeking an eager, motivated, self-starting individual to join our team. Asian Apparels designs apparel for multiple leading brands across the United Stated and Canada. The intern will have the opportunity to learn while adding value to the teams day to day office activities as well as gaining insights into the design and manufacturing space. This is a wonderful opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their fashion design background in a dynamic space.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Participate, capture and organize notes for the Design team meetings
Organizing clothing samples which includes steaming, prepping, and shipping
Receiving fabric swatches and organizing for the designers
Managing the fabric library and keeping it organized
Working hand in hand with designers to create PowerPoint presentations for client meetings
Assist with any office administration duties and tasks
Job Requirements
MS Office, Google (beginner to intermediate)
Self-starter and eager to learn, professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills a must
Flexible schedule opportunity Monday Friday 4-to-8-hour shift
Education: High School Senior and/or pursuing a degree in Fashion Design
Salary - Will provide college credit and up to $15 a day for transportation
