Job description

We are seeking a CDL-A Truck Driver for our local pick up and deliveries to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a semi truck. Local Driving within 5 miles of O'Hare Airport

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
  • Load and unload cargo
  • Properly track and document activity log
  • Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
  • Inspect truck before and after trip

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
  • Commercial driver's license
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong work ethic

*Prepare airline and customs documentation
*Comply with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies
*Ensure paperwork is prepared timely and accurately
*Make sure paperwork related to the Cargo is correct before release
*Assure proper compliance with local and international laws and regulations
*Follow Dangerous Goods Requirements and Regulations
*Comply with other general office duties as assigned
