Description

Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Supervise multiple harvesting crews 
  • Daily planning for harvesting crews in multiple farm locations
  • Communicate with multiple growers
  • Coordinate which crews will work in various farm locations
  • Ensures all laborers are properly trained and prepared to work
  • Train Crew Leads in basic computer payroll 
  • Maintain daily schedule of crew farm operations

Education and Experience
 

  • 1-3 years experience in supervising harvesting operations
  • Knowledge of harvesting operations including planting, harvesting, cultivating etc. is a plus but not required

Key Skills and Competencies
 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills
  • Team member/Stress tolerance/Sense of urgency/Tenacious
