What Will Be On Your Plate?
Job Title: Juice Bar Clerk
Department: Juice Bar
Reports To: Juice Bar Manager
FLSA Status: Nonexempt
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Juice Bar Clerk is responsible for providing service that exceeds the expectations of customers by performing the following duties (other duties may be assigned):
  • Listens to customer's needs and obtains the products as requested.
  • Fills customer's juice and smoothie orders.
  • Makes juice and smoothies orders following Bristol Farms Lazy Acres instructions and recipes as provided.
  • Stock juices in the outside grab-and-go case.
  • Prep fruits and vegetables.
  • Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
  • Answers the phone and takes orders as necessary.
  • Operates a cash register following established policies and procedures.

Customer Service Skills
Juice Bar Clerks are expected to provide customer service that is extra ordinary and exceeds the expectations of our customers. They are required to follow established policies and guidelines that go beyond simply smiling and greeting customers. Going above and beyond encompasses attitudes, respect, and flexibility. Juice Bar Clerks are expected to have a positive "can-do" attitude; to treat others with respect; and easily adjust to changes in the workplace.
Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the Juice Bar Clerk is required to stand for long periods; walk; frequently use their hands; hands to finger; handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The Juice Bar Clerk frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The Juice Bar Clerk is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The Juice Bar Clerk must frequently lift and /or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
