Indiana Farmers Insurance is currently looking for a skilled Claims Service Advocate to join our Claims Team.  


As a Claims Service Advocate, you will help deliver the responsive, compassionate service our members need when the unexpected happens. Often serving as an important first point of contact, you will listen carefully, answer questions, gather accurate claim information, and help members, agency partners, and others move confidently through the claims process. Your care and attention will support Indiana Farmers Insurance’s purpose of serving our members and being there when they need us most.


You will also help keep the Claims team operating smoothly by coordinating information, supporting claim and payment processes, and ensuring important details are handled accurately and promptly. Success in this role comes from combining excellent service with sound judgment, empathy, and dependable follow through. Through collaboration, accountability, respect, and a willingness to learn and take initiative, you will bring our ICARE values to life while contributing to an exceptional claims experience.


Requirements:

Qualifications for the Claims Service Advocate:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service training or experience required
  • 1-2 years of similar work-related experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts preferred
  • Must be able to process data efficiently and accurately
