What is a farmer picker?

Farmer Pickers are agricultural workers responsible for harvesting crops by hand or with the aid of simple tools. They typically pick fruits, vegetables, or other produce on farms, ensuring that only ripe and undamaged items are collected. The work can be physically demanding and may require standing, bending, or lifting for long periods.
