QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Agriculture background/Product knowledge - Tools, Small Engines, and Power Equipment
- Retail and management experience preferred
- Merchandising skills/experience
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Administrative and computer skills to complete paperwork
- Detail oriented/Organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store to include team coaching, inventory control, and labor control
- Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers
- General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Cashiering/cash handling
- Freight handling/Forklift operation
- Assist customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
