Farm Manager, SOW Production (job description overview):
As a Sow Farm Manager, you will lead a large-scale sow production operation, overseeing farm performance, animal care, employee development, and operational success. You will provide leadership to a large team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve production, quality, and animal welfare goals.
In this hands-on role, you will manage daily farm operations, monitor key production metrics, support herd health initiatives, and partner with production and animal health teams to drive results. You will also collaborate with Human Resources on hiring and team development.
The Sow Farm Manager is responsible for maintaining biosecurity, regulatory compliance, inventory management, budgeting, business planning, and operational excellence across the farm.
Finishing Services Manager, (job description overview):
As a Finishing Services Manager, you will play an important leadership role in supporting the performance and success of our swine finishing operations. This position works closely with our production partners and internal teams to help drive strong results in animal health, production performance, biosecurity, and overall operational excellence.
You will build strong relationships with producers, provide hands-on support and guidance, monitor production performance, and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining their knowledge of swine production with relationship building, problem-solving, and field-based leadership.
As part of the Country View Family Farms team, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact across our finishing operations while helping producers and team members achieve shared production, animal care, and business goals.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking hands-on leaders with a passion for livestock production, relationship building, and team development. Depending on the position, ideal candidates will bring:

• Previous livestock production or management experience (swine experience preferred).
• Education or relevant experience in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Livestock Production, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make real-time decisions and drive improvements.
• A collaborative leadership style and the ability to build strong relationships with employees, producers, and cross-functional partners.
• The ability to thrive in an agricultural production environment and work hands-on when needed.
• A commitment to ethical animal care, biosecurity, safety, and operational excellence.
