Position Summary
Bonton Farms is seeking dependable, service-minded individuals to join our Social Enterprise Flex Team, supporting operations across the Market Cafรฉ and Coffee House during high-volume periods, peak business days, special events, and staffing coverage needs.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking flexible part-time work, supplemental income, or hospitality experience in a mission-driven environment. Team members in this role are cross-trained to support multiple service areas and help ensure excellent guest experiences during busy operational periods.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent guest service in cafรฉ and coffee house environments
  • Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
  • Take orders accurately and support food delivery to tables
  • Bus and reset tables promptly to maintain guest flow and presentation
  • Support food and beverage preparation as assigned
  • Assist with coffee and beverage service
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately
  • Restock products, condiments, and service supplies
  • Maintain clean dining, service, and guest-facing areas
  • Support dishwashing, sanitation, and side work as needed
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Support special events, catering activity, and peak customer periods

Scheduling Model
This is a flexible part-time position designed to support high-demand operational periods.
Hours may vary weekly based on:
