Dewberry Farm is a seasonal agritourism destination in Brookshire, TX just west of Houston, offering unforgettable farm fun with attractions, rides, food and family-friendly events. Since opening in 2002, it has grown into a popular seasonal venue featuring a Fall Festival with a massive corn maze and pumpkin patch, "BOOriffic Nights," with several haunted attractions, A Berry Merry Christmas celebration, and Spring Fest. Position Overview:

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and hardworking individuals to join our Seasonal Event Staff Team. This position is ideal for anyone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with families, and being part of a fast-paced, fun environment. Event staff may be assigned to a variety of guest-facing roles including Guest services, Retail, attractions, ride operation, Food and Beverage cashiers, F&B food handlers, sanitation team, and more.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and help ensure a fun, safe environment
  • Operate or monitor attractions, games, or activity stations
  • Work in our Food and Beverage outlets as a cashier, prep team, cook or stocker
  • Greet guests as a member of our guest services or retail teams
  • Keep the farm safe, clean and presentable as a member of the sanitation team
  • Provide information about event schedules, directions, and farm rules
  • Assist in managing lines and crowd flow during busy periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
  • Report safety issues, lost items, or concerns to management promptly
  • Follow all safety guidelines and farm policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support the team

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be 16 years old or older
  • Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Able to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods
  • Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and peak attendance days
