Position Summary:
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely movement of goods through the facility. This position combines operational oversight with data-driven decision-making, SAP system expertise, and cross-functional coordination to support high-performance logistics and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Logistics Coordination
  • Manage and verify all incoming and outgoing shipments using SAP and WMS systems.
  • Match purchase orders and sales orders to physical shipments and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Resolve discrepancies in real-time and escalate issues to appropriate teams.

Dock & Driver Scheduling
  • Own the dock schedule and direct driver assignments to optimize flow and labor utilization.
  • Monitor driver check-ins and appointment adherence; proactively communicate delays or missed appointments.

System Transactions & Data Integrity
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of all shipping and receiving transactions.
  • Maintain high data integrity across SAP, WMS, and customer inventory systems.
  • Detect and resolve data inconsistencies; lead corrective actions with warehouse staff.

Customer Inventory & Service
  • Update customer-specific inventories in external systems (e.g., vendor portals, shared databases).
  • Provide responsive and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Trailer Management
  • Track trailer movements and yard prioritizing required inventory for production.
  • Maintain visibility into trailer status, location, and availability for loading/unloading.

Process Improvement & Ownership
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce errors, increase throughput, and enhance system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with warehouse leadership to refine workflows and improve KPI performance.

Documentation & Compliance
  • Ensure all shipments are accompanied by required paperwork and meet regulatory standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.
  • Proper filing of organization of all inbound and outbound paperwork.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or business operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or shipping/receiving.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and WMS platforms.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Environment:
  • Office-based within a warehouse setting.
  • Extended periods of computer use and interaction with warehouse staff and drivers.
  • Occasional physical presence in the warehouse for coordination and verification.

Pay: $25/hr.*
