What You'll Get To Do

  • Keep tractors, mowers, and agricultural equipment running strong, diagnosing, repairing, and fine-tuning to prevent downtime during critical farming seasons.
  • Handle both big mechanical jobs and small details that speed up repairs, avoid wasted parts and labor, ensure peak performance and safety, prevent costly breakdowns, and extend equipment life.
  • Work on all systems, including engines, hydraulics, electrical, and transmissions, plus farm implement repairs that keep operations moving.
  • Communicate with the parts team to avoid delays and maintain records that make future service smoother.
  • Keep customers happy and farming operations moving by making sure equipment is reliable and field-ready.
About You
  • You've got 3+ years of experience performing service repairs on agricultural equipment, or you're someone with strong technical and mechanical skills willing to learn a lifelong trade.
  • You have proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural equipment repair. Fuel injection, electronic governor, welding, and fabrication experience are all a plus.
  • You take pride in keeping things safe, accurate, and built to last, but don't take yourself too seriously.
  • You've got a valid NYS driver's license and can operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes.
Even Better, But Not Required
  • Basic Service Technician certification
  • Diesel engine certifications or experience servicing
Typical Schedule
Monday - Friday (some weekends as needed). Start and end times can fluctuate based on workload, but typical times are 7:00 am - 4/5:00 pm.
