Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of successful poultry management experience. Outstanding motivation: must be self-starter requiring minimal supervision. Good oral and communication skills and good math skills. Strong mechanical skills are preferred. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
