Job Description About DTMB: The Department of Technology, Management and Budget supports the business operations of state agencies through a variety of services, including building management and maintenance, information technology, centralized contracting and procurement, budget and financial management, space planning and leasing, construction management, motor vehicle fleet operations, and oversight of the state retirement systems. About this position: The employee in this position supervises and directs the overall operation of grounds maintenance and landscaping of facilities and state grounds. The position functions as a second-line supervisor, overseeing and directing the work of subordinate first-line supervision, subordinate groundskeepers, mechanics, laborers, temporary and/or seasonal staff and contractors.

It is necessary for this position to possess the skills and abilities necessary to use the State's computerized maintenance management system.
