Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Networking
  • Proactively source and connect with potential candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Develop, maintain, and manage a robust talent pipeline
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates through clear and consistent communication

Candidate Evaluation
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
  • Evaluate qualifications for position alignment, cultural fit, communication skills, and motivation
  • Guide qualified candidates through each stage of the interview process

Process & Pipeline Management
  • Keep candidate information updated and organized using CRM and recruiting tools
  • Manage interview scheduling and coordinate closely with leadership
  • Provide timely and professional follow-ups to keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process

Recruitment Team Support
  • Adopt and implement best recruiting strategies learned from experienced team members
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (call volume, interviews, hires, etc.)
