We're looking for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities. As an Intern Growth Coordinator, your primary responsibility is generating appointments and opportunities for our sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in sales, customer engagement, business development, or a future career in insurance and financial services.

What You'll Do:
  • Generate Opportunities
    • Make outbound calls to prospects, leads, referrals, and existing customers
    • Re-engage previous quotes and inactive prospects
    • Identify potential insurance and financial services needs
    • Generate referrals through customer conversations
  • Schedule Appointments
    • Set appointments for licensed sales professionals
    • Confirm upcoming appointments
    • Conduct warm transfers when appropriate
    • Maintain a full pipeline of opportunities for the sales team
  • Build Relationships
    • Create positive first impressions
    • Build rapport and trust with customers
    • Ask discovery questions to uncover opportunities
    • Represent our agency professionally and enthusiastically
  • Maintain Records
    • Document customer interactions accurately
    • Update CRM systems daily
    • Track opportunities and follow-up activities
    • Maintain organized customer records

Daily Activity Expectations:
  • Make 100-150 outbound calls
  • Have 15-20 meaningful conversations
  • Set 3-8 appointments
  • Complete warm transfers
  • Generate referrals
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation
