Position Overview:Kurt Goeser State Farm is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Service Intern to join our team! This is a part-time, year-round, in-office internship designed for students and individuals who want hands-on experience in sales, customer service, marketing, and community outreach.
If you enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a high-performing team, this is a great opportunity to build professional experience while making an impact in the local community.
Schedule & Location:
  • Part-time, year-round
  • Works around student school schedules
  • In-office position
  • Primary office location: 18th & Wakarusa (Lawrence, KS)

As a Sales & Service Intern, you'll support our agency in a variety of ways, including:
  • Making outgoing sales calls to prospects and supporting the sales team
  • Helping market our services to local businesses
  • Supporting social media efforts by increasing traffic and assisting with content creation
  • Working with community partners to help grow referrals and networking opportunities
  • Assisting with community event planning, organization, and participation
  • Helping with phone calls and walk-in customer support at the agency
  • Assisting with retention and service projects to support customer needs
