Paid Fall 2026 Internship | Cal Kiburz State Farm
Cal Kiburz State Farm is hiring 4 college students for our Fall 2026 Client Growth Advisor Internship Program.
This is a primarily remote, paid internship focused on marketing, prospecting, communication, and real-world business experience.
What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do
Your main focus will be reconnecting with prospective customers who previously expressed interest in our agency but weren’t ready to move forward.

  • Work through assigned prospecting campaigns
  • Update and document prospect information
  • Identify people who are ready to reconnect with our team
  • Schedule or transfer interested prospects
  • Participate in local marketing events
  • Track your results and compete in our intern points program

We’ll Train You
No insurance or sales experience is required.
During your first two weeks, you’ll receive training in:
  • Property & Casualty licensing
  • State Farm systems
  • Prospecting and communication
  • Word tracks
  • Phone systems
  • Documentation
  • Campaign management
By Week 3, the goal is for you to confidently manage your own assigned prospecting campaigns.

Dates: September 14 – November 20, 2026
Pay: Approximately $15/hour, subject to final approval
Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week
Location: Primarily remote after the first in-office training day
