What you'll do:
Receiving & inventory
  • Unload incoming shipments by hand or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage; report discrepancies to supervisor
  • Stock and rotate product on shelves and in storage areas according to company procedures
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with periodic inventory audits
  • Enter receiving data into company software systems
Shipping & order fulfillment
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time
  • Load outbound shipments onto trucks; secure and verify loads before departure
  • Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately
  • Assist customers in loading purchased products into their vehicles
Equipment operation
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to supervisor
  • Keep all equipment clean and in proper working condition
Safety & facility upkeep
  • Follow all company safety standards and comply with OSHA regulations at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
  • Sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning of warehouse and storage areas
  • Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisor immediately

What we are looking for:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior warehouse, logistics, or agricultural experience preferred
  • Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Basic math and computer skills for inventory and documentation purposes
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
