Job description

The Farm Manager oversees Forester Farms, LLC including day to day operations, budgeting and planning.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have a strong personal Christian commitment and faith in Jesus Christ and a desire to serve others
  • Must be committed to the mission of Huntington University as a comprehensive Christian College dedicated to educating students to impact our world for Christ
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students, colleagues, and external agricultural organizations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Christian higher education, preferred
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Extensive experience in agriculture.
  • Prior successful university-level farm management experience is preferred.
