Job description

CDL Class A Driver

We are looking to hire an experienced Class A CDL driver for local deliveries of supplies and equipment to job sites and store locations. Most deliveries will be within a 150-mile radius, with occasional overnight trips to our other locations, which are 500 miles away.


Responsibilities:

Load equipment on a flatbed trailer for transport.

Able to operate a Forklift

Inspect truck and trailer for proper performance.

Ability to use GPS for navigation

Consult with a supervisor about equipment maintenance.

Maintain a daily log of work performed.

Maintain a clean truck.

Load leftover materials from job sites and transport them to different locations.

Salary is based on 40 hours per week; overtime is available.

A yearly bonus is offered depending on the company's profits and performance.


Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Class A CDL License

Proven work experience as a driver.

Ability to operate small skid steers and RS 634 Sky lifts.

Understanding of ELD/software/tablets.

Ability to lift. (50lbs to 100lbs)

Clean Driving Record

Ability to work after hours if needed.
