Wegmans Organic Farm & Orchard in Canandaigua, NY offers the opportunity to join a team passionate about sustainable agriculture and growing high-quality organic produce. As a seasonal worker, you'll work hands-on in the fields harvesting fruits and vegetables, helping bring fresh, local produce from farm to table while gaining valuable experience in agriculture.

What You’ll Do

  • Plant, cultivate and harvest crops, including watering, composting, weeding, and applying organic sprays
  • Drive/operate farm machinery when necessary
  • Grade and package crops for marketing and selling within our stores
  • Work effectively in a team-based environment, assist as necessary to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
  • Complete tasks timely without sacrificing quality
  • Strictly adhere to food and human safety guidelines and procedures
