ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As the Account Representative for Lisa Davis - State Farm Agent, you play a pivotal role in driving the success of our agency. You'll lead sales efforts by developing strong client relationships, being part of a high-performing sales team, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions. Through your dedication, you'll inspire growth and make a positive impact on both the agency and the community we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve agency goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive retention and expand referral networks.
  • Conduct policy reviews, assess client needs, and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
  • Proactively market and cross-sell products to warm and cold leads.
  • Oversee customer issue resolution and ensure a positive client experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.
  • Active state insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them promptly).

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
