Job description

1st & 2nd Shift Assembly Technician – Temp to Hire
Location: West Fargo, ND
Pay: $20–$26 per hour (based on experience & skills)
2nd Shift Premium: Extra 7% pay

Schedules:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional Friday overtime
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:15 PM–2:45 AM, with occasional Friday overtime

What You’ll Do:

  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and take apart products
  • Read blueprints and use gauges to make sure everything is top quality
  • Help keep things safe by joining in safety checks and maintenance
  • Spot issues early and be part of solving problems
  • Jump in to help in different areas on the shop floor
  • Work together in a positive, team-focused environment

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or as a mechanic (preferred)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay organized and work efficiently—even when it’s busy
  • Reliable attendance
