Job description

Forward Madison FC is looking for energetic and reliable individuals who can learn in a fast-paced environment. Gameday interns will work alongside industry leaders to learn the ins and outs of match production. This role is perfect for those looking to gain experience working in sports.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead aspects of set-up, execution, and breakdown of gameday giveaways and theme night activations
  • Assist in executing pregame and halftime fan activations, including but not limited to the national anthem, contests, fan recognitions and sponsor activations
  • Be a main point of contact for fans at Guest Services, representing the brand and directing questions to the appropriate team member.
  • Gain an understanding of hospitality areas for all matches to assist in maintaining a first-in-class experience for fans
  • Execute themed promotions such as VIP meet and greets, giveaways, etc
  • Assist with the setup of in-stadium signage and gameday programming
  • Help with mascot coordination to make sure the actors meet all requirements for the game
  • Assist with other match-day setup and teardown activities as needed
