  • Translate annual and quarterly priorities into operating plans, timelines, milestones, workstreams, owners, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Lead the Marketing intake and prioritization process, balancing strategic priorities, resources, timing, and business impact.
  • Provide leadership with visibility into competing priorities, investment, resource needs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Establish forward-planning timelines that support stronger creative, campaigns, experiences, content, and fan communications.

Campaign and Initiative Management
  • Build and manage plans for major campaigns and initiatives, including objectives, audiences, briefs, deliverables, owners, timelines, approvals, amplification, measurement, and next steps.
  • Ensure teams understand how their work connects to the broader campaign and fan experience.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and unresolved decisions early, and drive them toward resolution.
  • Establish launch-readiness processes for campaigns, events, matchdays, partnerships, and major Club moments.
  • Help develop repeatable platforms, programs, and processes where appropriate.

Cross-Functional Operations
  • Serve as a central operating partner across Marketing, the broader Club, agencies, and external partners.
  • Establish clear ways of working, including ownership, decision rights, handoffs, approvals, and communication expectations.
  • Manage regular planning and operating rhythms, including weekly priorities, campaign reviews, leadership updates, forward planning, and post-program reviews.
  • Facilitate meetings focused on decisions, accountability, dependencies, and next steps.
  • Build trusted relationships and help teams navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and changing business needs.

Matchday and Experience Operations
  • Build the Marketing operating plan for matchday as Bay FC's flagship live brand and fan experience.
  • Coordinate timelines across match themes, campaigns, ticketing, fan communications, content, creative, merchandise, community, partnerships, Fan Fest, player storytelling, in-stadium experiences, and post-match engagement.
  • Establish planning milestones and readiness checks to create a connected fan journey.
  • Support select Club events, community activations, cultural programs, partner experiences, and other priority moments.
  • Be available for select evenings, weekends, matches, and events as needed.

Systems, Processes, and Measurement
  • Build and improve systems, templates, workflows, and operating practices that help Marketing work more effectively.
  • Establish processes for briefs, intake, kickoffs, creative development, reviews, approvals, asset delivery, launches, and post-program learning.
  • Improve the use of project-management, collaboration, planning, and marketing technology tools.
  • Establish standards for campaign documentation, file organization, version control, approvals, and handoffs.
  • Identify bottlenecks, duplicated effort, and unnecessary complexity, and develop practical solutions.
  • Help establish consistent measurement and reporting across campaigns, matchdays, events, and programs.
  • Create clear scorecards, dashboards, leadership updates, and post-program reviews that inform future planning and decision-making.

What Success Looks Like
  • Marketing has one clear view of its priorities, calendar, major initiatives, and investment.
  • Resources are aligned to the work that matters most to the Club and brand.
  • Teams begin work earlier and have greater clarity around ownership, expectations, and decision-making.
  • Marketing functions work from connected plans and deliver integrated fan journeys.
  • Leadership has better visibility into performance, risks, opportunities, and resource needs.
  • The organization consistently learns from its work and applies those insights to future programs.
  • Stronger processes create more space for strategy, creativity, storytelling, and fan connection.

Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, brand marketing, project or program management, or a related field.
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, apparel, consumer brands, media, live events, culture, or another fast-moving consumer environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, from strategy and briefing through creative development, execution, launch, and measurement.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, deadlines, and shifting priorities.

  • Strong organizational judgment and the ability to distinguish urgent activity from high-impact work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clarity, surface risks, drive decisions, and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, content, digital, media, experiential, partnership, community, and commercial teams.
  • Proficiency with project-management, collaboration, spreadsheet, presentation, and reporting tools.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity without creating unnecessary complexity.
  • Strong marketing instincts and an appreciation for brand, creative quality, consumer experience, and fan behavior.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic sports environment and supporting select evenings, weekends, matches, and events as needed.
