Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and in person.
  • Conduct client intake interviews and gather important case information.
  • Communicate with clients in Farsi/Persian or Spanish to ensure outstanding service and understanding.
  • Open new files, organize documentation, and maintain accurate case records.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and staff.
  • Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative and case support tasks.
  • Obtain records, documents, and other materials needed to support personal injury cases.
  • Maintain confidentiality while providing compassionate, professional client service.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of legal experience.
  • Fluent in Farsi/Persian or Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced office.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
  • Personal injury experience is a plus but not required.
