Practice Family Medicine in Family‑Friendly Saratoga Springs, New York

Join our largest practice in Wilton. This growing primary care practice located within Saratoga Hospital Medical Offices – Wilton Mall has eight Family Medicine physicians, an Internal Medicine physician, a psychiatrist and Advanced Practice Providers. The office offers 28 exam rooms and dedicated space for behavioral health and care management.

Practice Locations
  • Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care – Wilton
  • Saratoga Hospital Medical Group Primary Care – Milton
Responsibilities
  • Practice 100% outpatient medicine, using our hospitalist service.
  • Call by phone, weeknights, approximately 1:15. No primary weekend call (backup only).
  • Collaborative vacation coverage to address patient acute needs.
  • Mechanism for in‑basket vacation coverage, including scripts and routine diagnostic results addressed by colleagues.
  • Use EPIC EMR.
  • Receive hands‑on leadership from RN Clinical Coordinators, Practice Managers, Director of Primary Care, Practice Medical Directors, and Medical Director of Primary Care.
  • Excellent mentorship available for new graduates and support for experienced physicians to orient to our practices and system.
  • Provide continuous medical care through all stages of life – from pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric care – offering primary care, sick care, minor surgical procedures, lab, and more.
Qualifications
  • Certified Family Medicine physician.
  • Team‑based primary care experience preferred.
  • Experience with EPIC EMR advantageous.
