Title: Full -Time Teller

Hapeville, GA

Family First Credit Union is seeking an energetic and self-motivated person to join our credit union family. This position provides a variety of services to our members such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments on accounts.

Applicant should have previous cash handling experience, be detailed oriented, possess strong communication skills and be self-motivated. Previous financial institution experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

· Assist members with routine transaction.

· Answer telephones.

· Process and verify night deposit transactions

· File and scan documents.

· Provide excellent customer service while assisting members waiting in the branch.

· Balance cash box at end of day.

· Prepare and scan daily check deposits.

· Comply with all aspects of BSA/AML and OFAC regulation.

· Assist head teller with daily teller operations.

Job Requirements:

Education and experience

· High School graduate, college degree desirable.

· Previous teller/cash handling experience required.

Knowledge and skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Computer knowledge

· Ability to multi task

· Strong interpersonal skills
