Are you passionate about building strong partnerships with families and empowering them to support their children's success? Acelero Learning is seeking a dedicated Family Engagement Advocate to strengthen family engagement, promote school readiness, and help families achieve their goals through meaningful relationships, coaching, and community connections.
Why Acelero?
Our mission is bold: To design and deliver research and evidence-based approaches to eliminate the gaps between young children's inherent potential and their achievement in school and life. With our partners, we accelerate child and family outcomes that honor all of the aspirations and cultures of the communities we serve.

Lead Family Engagement Activities: Plan and facilitate family workshops, parent groups, leadership opportunities, and engagement events that foster connection, advocacy, and community involvement.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with teachers, health staff, disabilities specialists, and center leadership to provide coordinated support for children and families.
Maintain Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate case notes, family records, referrals, electronic documentation, and required program reports.
What You Bring
Passion for Family Engagement: A commitment to strengthening families and creating positive outcomes for children through meaningful partnerships and culturally responsive practices.
Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with families, community partners, and colleagues.
Educational Background:
