Job description

Bloom’n Gardens Landscape LLC, established in 2005, is a leading provider of high-quality landscaping and hardscaping installations and maintenance services in the north metro Atlanta area. We are currently seeking a dedicated Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of a team that takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful and functional outdoor spaces, and will have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally in a positive, team-focused culture.

Responsibilities
  • Perform property care work in accordance with Bloom’n Gardens quality and safety guidelines.
  • Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand and power tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, maintain nearby plants and foliage, and clear open common areas of plant debris.
  • Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal, inclusive of heavy Fall/Winter seasonal leaf collection.
  • Lay mulch, prep flower beds, plant all manner of plant varieties (small flowers to large shrubs), and maintain garden beds through hand weeding and deadheading.
  • Maintain, clean and properly store work equipment; and be able to identify and report damage to client property or personal equipment.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team.
Qualifications

  • Ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds on a consistent basis.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $14-$17 per hour; compensation based on experience.
